Hobit House
Step into the magical Hobit House, a tranquil retreat where the outside world fades away. Nestled among towering trees and ferns, the Hobit House features a living roof and a cozy queen bed under a skylight for stargazing. Enjoy one gourmet cooked to order, sit down BREAKFAST INCLUDED with your stay. Served at 9am on the day of your choice! Inside, you’ll find a charming wood table for two, a Turkish lamp, and a small back window for fresh air. Relax on the large deck, listen to the birds, or unwind with a glass of wine by the wood fire pit. A peaceful escape in nature awaits!

Hobit Guest Access
Enjoy scenic walks on the trails and meet the free-roaming animals, including Rikki, Hammy, and the goats. The red shed offers items you may have forgotten, and you can rent bikes or enjoy seasonal games like badminton, corn hole, and ladder ball. Crab rings and lessons are also available. Explore the walking trails, spot wildlife at the seasonal pond.
Important Information
Children 12 years and older are welcome. Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm only; no late check-ins are allowed to ensure the safety and quality of our guests’ stay. If you arrive after 8pm, the gate will be locked, and your reservation will be forfeited (no refunds). A book in the Hobit House contains all the information you’ll need, including gate access details for coming and going after check-in. The town and beach are just a short 10-minute drive away for exploration. Please refrain from feeding the horse or pig, as they are on special diets. We do not provide trash service. If it fits in the trash can, we will take it. If there is excess we kindly ask that you take any it with you when you leave.
