Dew Valley Ranch Nature Retreat a Private Membership Association
The $10 membership fee is valid till December 31 of that year. You will receive a membership card upon check in and signing the agreement of all perks and benefits offered to you. The agreement is available upon request to which we will email it to you.
Terms & Conditions
Check in times 4-8pm only. NO late check ins. You will forfeit your stay and booking fees. Upon check-in you will receive gate info so you may come and go freely.
1 car per site $5 extra car fee per day.
Late checkout fee if not checked out by 11 am is $50/half hour, fees apply at 11:01.
ZERO pets/service animals allowed for our animals health/safety as well as yours.
NO children under 12y/o we are an adult retreat
No smoking or cooking inside huts if found a $500 fee will be charged.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11 AM
CANCELLATION POLICY:
CABINS/HUTS that cancel 7 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund. Cancellation less than 7 days to arrival receive NO refunds.
TENT CAMPING that cancels 48 hours prior to arrival date will receive full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours to arrival date will receive no refunds.
