Check-In Policy
Our check-in hours are 4:00–8:00 PM only. Late check-ins are not permitted unless pre-arranged in advance and purchased as an add-on (extension of 1 hour, until 9:00 PM latest). Please note: arrivals after this time will result in forfeiture of your stay and booking fees.
Upon check-in, you’ll receive gate access information so you may come and go freely during your stay.
Nathan and I personally manage and care for the retreat, and we truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our check-in times.
ZERO pets/service animals allowed for our animals health/safety as well as yours.
NO children under 12y/o we are an adult retreat
No smoking or cooking inside huts if found a $500 fee will be charged.
Late checkout fee if not checked out by 11 am is $50/half hour, fees apply at 11:01.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11 AM
CANCELLATION POLICY:
CABINS/HUTS that cancel 30 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund. Cancellation less than 30 days to arrival receive NO refunds.
TENT CAMPING that cancels 7 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund. Cancellation less than 7 days to arrival date will receive no refunds.
Dew Valley Ranch Nature Retreat a Private Membership Association
The $10 membership fee is valid till December 31 of that year.
